Full Refund
- Returned within 7 days from delivery date
Store credit
- Returned within 14 days from delivery date
Please note:
NO returns are allowed on Pre-order, Special Order or Personalized and Great Offer items.
- These sales are considered final.
- Shipping charges and duty/import taxes are non-refundable.

Return Label
United States Purchases
- Complimentary return label for items valued at $100 or more.
- Insurance is included.
Outside United States Purchases
- Complimentary return label is not included, use your preferred insured shipping method.
All returns must meet the following criteria:
- No signs of being worn
- All tags must be attached in the same place they were sent
- All original packaging must be included
- No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

- We will provide you a pre-paid UPS 2nd Day label.

- Go to The UPS Store and hand it in.
- Insurance is included in our pre-paid UPS 2nd Day labels.
Paid Return Label
We recommend you to use the complimentary return label but if you prefer to use your own shipping method:
- Send us an email at info@adrianafj.com with your order number or first and last name.
- Use this safe shipping and packaging checklist
- Send the package through a trackable and insured shipping method. We suggest UPS or FedEx and USPS in pieces valued at $200 or less.
- Forward us the courier tracking number to be aware.
- Adriana Fine Jewelry is not responsible for return lost packages.

Exchanges / Store Credit
Once a return arrives to us, it will take us 7-14 business days to receive, inspect and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and you should see a refund post in your bank account within 10 business days. Please note that each banking institution may require additional time to process and post this refund to your account once they have received the information from us.
